How to add service rate
Adding service rates in Tourflow involves defining the cost structure for specific services offered in your travel or tour packages. This ensures accurate pricing and helps maintain consistency across quotes and bookings. Here's a general description of the process in adding service rates:
- Log in to Tourflow system: Access the platform using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Vendor: Go to the Vendors section. Select the Service vendor which you want to add a service rate. Click on the Detail icon in order to view the service.
- Add Service Rate: Once you get to the service overview page, scroll down to see the Service Rates section.
4.Fill in service rate details: Click on Add Service Rate and input service information such as the name of the service and the capacity along with any necessary booking notes.
5.Pricing: Click on the plus button in order to input pricing. Add the pricing for your service which consists of the start and end date for the service provided along with the cost and mark up percentage.
6.Click on the plus button to add the range of children age and the cost for each range of age to notify the clients how many children will be charged.
7.When you're done, click Submit and your data will be complete.
