How to create an invoice or credit note
Creating an invoice or credit note in Tourflow involves using its integrated invoicing module within the client dashboard. The system allows you to generate single or multi-tour invoices automatically, based on booking details. You can manage taxes, pricing, and adjustments directly from the platform, ensuring accuracy. - Log in to your Tourflow system account: Access the dashboard by logging into your credentials.
- Navigate to Guest: Find the Guest option on the menu on the left. Click on the Detail icon to view any of the guest's details.
- Click on Invoices after you select a guest.
- Click on Create and there'll be an option to choose to create an invoice or credit note.
- Click on Invoice if you want to create an invoice for your guest. Fill in the details for the invoice such as the guest's name, term and invoice date, the due date, the items and unit price break down, and the payment method. You can also view the invoice summary by clicking on Summary at the top. Then, click Submit to complete your invoice.
- Click on Credit Note if you want to create a credit note for your guest. Fill in the details for the credit note such as the guest's name, the credit note date, and the items and unit price break down. Then, click Submit to complete your credit note.
