How do you import existing package for your clients?

To import package, log in, navigate to guest, and choose the one that doesn't have an itinerary. When in the guest overview page, click on "Tour Design" and find the option "Import Package" under. Then, you can select the package options that you've created and assign for your guest.

How to import a package

Seamlessly import travel packages and expand your offerings. Increase bookings with a wider selection and streamlined operations. Here are some steps to take in order to import your package:

Log in to your Tourflow account to access your data.
Navigate to Guest section on the menu in order to view the guests names.
Click on the Details icon under Actions category in order to view the guest information. The guest you select must not have an itinerary, yet.
Import Package: Once you get to the detail overview page, click on Tour Design to view the detail about the guest's tour. Then, click on Import Package to import existing package.
Selecting package: From the package listed, select one of the packages and then click Import. Then, you'll successfully import the package for your guest to include in the itinerary.
