How to create an itinerary
Effortlessly create personalized itineraries for your clients within our user-friendly tour app. Plan unforgettable journeys with ease and wow your customers with customized travel experiences. Here's a step-by-step procedure to create an itinerary:
- Log in to your Tourflow system: Access your Tourflow dashboard by logging into your credentials.
- Navigate to find the Guest section on the menu side. There, you can see the number of guests that are using your service.
- View guest details: Click on the Details icon in order to see the full guest details.
- Add Itinerary: Once you are in your guest detail page, click on Tour Design. Click on Add Day in order to create an itinerary for that guest.
- Itinerary created: When you click Add Day, the first day will automatically be created based on the arrival date of the guest. You can add more days to the itinerary according to the requests of the clients.
