How to book services from the quote report
Booking services from a quote report in Tourflow involves converting approved quotes into confirmed bookings. You can select services, connect with vendors, confirm availability, and update the status directly from the report, streamlining the transition from proposal to finalized bookings. Here are some steps on how to book services from quote report:
- Log in to you Tourflow system account.
- Navigate to Guest: Find the guest section on the menu on the left to see the number of guests. Click on the Detail icon in order to see the guest details.
- After getting to the guest overview page, click on Quotes.
- Click on the subheading Quote Breakdown to see all the quotes listed for the guests' itinerary. You'll see the quotes ordered in order.
- Click on Book all Quotes to book all the quotes that are listed.
- Confirm booking all of the services by clicking Yes. That way, you'll book all the services from the quotes.
