How to update itinerary version

Updating an itinerary version in Tourflow allows you to revise and refine existing itineraries to accommodate changes in schedules, client preferences, or service availability. The process typically involves accessing the itinerary, making modifications, and saving the updated version. Here's how you update your itinerary version:

  1. Log in to your Tourflow account: Use your credentials to access the Tourflow dashboard.
  2. Navigate to find Guest section under the menu. You'll see a list of your guests.

  3. Once you get to the Guest Detail page, you can see the detail overview of your guest that's selected. tour design .png
  4. Locate Tour Design. You can see the details of itinerary and tour there. details .png
  5. Click on New Version that's right under Tour Design so you can add a new itinerary version. new version.png
  6. Enter note: Enter the necessary note about your new itinerary version to make it visible. Click on Submit and your version will be updated. new version.png
